Race for Grades works like this.
Every 3rd race show Texas Xtreme Off Road Racing your report card before the race.
For every A you receive $5 off your class entry fee for that race. Up to the value of the class fee $20. So 4 As and you race for free. Easy!
For every B you receive $2 off your class entry fee up to the value of the class entry fee $20. So 10 Bs and you race for free. Kinda hard to do since usually there are not 10 subjects. But a combination of both As and Bs gets you the same, a Free Race.
For every C that you have, you receive a point for that period. The single report card that shows the least points at the 3rd race vs their 1st race also is rewarded with an end of year award.
At the last race of the season the one with the most cumulative As gets an award and the one with the most cumulative Bs gets an award.
Every kid that races Texas Xtreme Off Road Racing is eligible to participate in the program. If you decide to participate you must participate at all 3 races and you must provide your report card at every required race, before the race.
If the race falls in between grading periods and a current report card, that is different the last one presented is not available, then a current progress report signed by the teacher is acceptable.
